Robert M. Brown, Jr.
A Partner in Treystar with more than 28 years of business and sales experience, Bob Jr oversees Treystar’s non-real estate holdings, managing over 70 employees over three different companies (Revel & Roll West Entertainment Center, Access Medical, LLC, and Magowen Management, LLC.) He has served on numerous community boards, including Ministry with Community, Junior Achievement and the Borgess Foundation, and was also Chairman of the Board of the Monroe-Brown Foundation from 2016-2018.
Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. He and his wife, Melissa, have two children and reside in Kalamazoo.
Frederick Owen Brown
A Partner in Treystar, Fritz’s responsibilities at Treystar encompass leasing and development of the company’s 200,000-square-foot office space portfolio in Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. He also provides leadership and insight into Treystar’s ongoing retail development projects. Actively engaged with his community, Fritz has served on the board of the City of Kalamazoo’s Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Kalamazoo Economic Development Corporation.
A licensed realtor, Fritz earned a bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Policy from University of Michigan.
Andrew V. Brown
Andrew Brown is president of World Cat, a premier catamaran brand. As World Cat’s leader, Andrew is dedicated to building boats that offer quality and value, performance and dependability, and safety and fun. A true power catamaran evangelist, he remains committed to bringing the benefits of this unique design to boaters around the world.
Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Research and Computer Science, from Princeton University.
Jane Brown Todd
Jane Brown Todd is the youngest child of of Albertine Monroe and Robert J. Brown. A lifetime resident of Kalamazoo, Jane is a founding member of the Monroe-Brown Foundation and has served as a trustee. She is married to John Todd, and the mother of A.J., Stephen and Eric. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Jane has been an active community volunteer in education, the arts and other philanthropic organizations for many years.
Stephen Todd
With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Stephen Todd is the founder and managing principal of Todd Group, LLC, a residential development firm in the Chicago area. Before launching his own company, Stephen helped clients buy and sell real estate with a special focus on partnering with Chicago residential developers in finding and designing properties.
A licensed realtor, Stephen is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He and his wife, Kara, reside in Illinois with their three children.
Catherine (Brown) Webb
For 20 years and counting, Catherine Webb has made nursing her calling. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 1998, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from New York University in 2003. Certified as a Multiple Sclerosis nurse by the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses (IOMSN), Catherine completed a nurse clinician fellowship at the International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice of New York, where she also practiced for 10 years.
Catherine now resides in South Carolina, where she continues to deliver per-diem nursing care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four children and fundraising for local charities.
